Check for loose or broken bars.
Always replace broken or damaged bars before the next use.
Tighten screws on loose webs. Replace missing screws.
Guideline torque values: See download on the right!
Check the rubber bands for wear and tear.
Repair any serious belt damage.
When replacing: It is recommended that you replace all of the rubber bands at the same time. If the rubber bands have already stretched a lot through use, the new rubber bands will not line up properly with the old ones. This in turn causes uneven pulling force along the bars, which leads to frequent bar breakage.

Check: Are any of the track rods damaged? Have any come loose or are they even missing?
Replace any missing or damaged brackets.
Retighten bolts on loose track brackets; replace missing bolts.
Replace any damaged locks.
Check the sprocket for wear. Defective star wheels can damage the track brackets! When installing, please observe the manufacturer's torque specifications.
Check the tire pressure. It should be constant at 7,5 bar.
Please note: Pressure depends on temperature – the recommended value refers to 18 degrees Celsius.
