The aluminum profiles were developed in-house using optimized alloys. Our focus: high strength and elongation, high absorption of dynamic stress. And therefore a long service life! Suitable for all commercially available chain systems.
They ensure cohesion: screws and base plates in durable quality. We use DIN/ISO standard parts: base plates made of steel or aluminum.
Put the crown on the bridge: ice spikes for safe travel. Base body forged steel, hard metal tip. All common variants for standard chains available.
Stay on course: We developed the design and construction of our brackets ourselves. Versions suitable for all common tracks. And the right material for every purpose - plastic, steel or forged aluminum.
No matter how wide, how strong, how tensile: 40 years of experience are rolled into our belts. Because they are our own development. All rubber belts have solid rubber edges. We manufacture them to fit the usual track and vehicle types. Or according to customer requirements.
The universal cable fits standard capstan (Pistenbully) and drum winches (Prinoth). Developed in-house, "made in Switzerland," in cooperation with Brugg Lifting. Diameter 11 mm.
Also suitable for PistenBully and Prinoth. Our wheels are made of high-strength steel.
Management task: We have developed a wear-resistant version – made of Robalon.
High-quality plastic fenders made from the indestructible Robalon, which has been tried and tested for 20 years. For all common vehicles. We have developed a special edition especially for the NEW Leitwolf.
Cross-country skiers: Our drive wheels are also made from the “Table leader” Robalon. Standard wheels and custom-made ones.
Trelleborg pneumatic tires in the common dimensions (12″, 13″, 14″). Tension wheels for the types PB 400 and 600.
Flaps and snow deflectors for Prinoth and PistenBully.
